Following in the footsteps of his grandparents, Matthew Anderson started developing an affinity for the culinary arts while working with his family and catering for the Jazz 100 Club. “it was a great time, being 15 years old, working part time with family and earning extra cash was a blast!” He enjoyed it so much that he made a career out of it by graduating from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, a Le Cordon Bleu Affiliate Program.
Afterwards, Matthew returned home to Utah and built his resume, starting as a cook for NuSkin and moving all the way up as a distinguished member of the Utah Governor’s Chef Team. He is a two-time award winner of Soups & Arts, an event that showcases local chefs’ talents in creating soups, desserts and baked goods in the name of charity.
Matthew Anderson joins our team with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He plays an integral part in bringing to life the vision for London Belle Supper Club, contemporary fare that can both stimulate your senses and bring back memories of childhood comfort.
